Dear PSSA member,
I would like to invite you to participate in a study survey about digital photography and image file preservation. The questionnaire is aimed at PSSA members specifically and will not take more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Please note there is no right or wrong response in the questionnaire, merely your perception about the issue. Feel free to encourage your club members to take part please.
The questionnaire is in an interactive pdf format. After completion, you will find a submit button at the end on the last page. When you press submit you will have the option to submit via email or save the document.
If you use a webmail for example gmail, hotmail etc. or a desktop application email for example Outlook, Outlook Express or any other, it will email me directly as my address has been pre-programmed onto the document and will be invisible to you.
If you have difficulty in emailing, please save the document on your PC harddrive without changing the name, and email the document to me as an attachment to: antenie@adept.co.za
Please note: This is NOT a PSSA survey, but a survey which forms part of a Masters thesis. A similar survey is aimed at photography students at photographic teaching institutions.
