Mia Joubert from Magalies Foto Fun Club is our January winner!
Mia, congratulations on your winning image – Disappearing Slowly
Mia says:
This picture was taken in studio with this beautiful dancer from Leap for Joy dance studio. I love using skirts and dresses in my dance shoots, as it gives a feeling of movement, and it allow for beautiful editing. The teacher brought this beautiful flower skirt, and we had a lot of fun with the shoot. I love doing this dispersion effect with the dresses. The flowers in the dress made it perfect for this effect.

HOW DOES THIS COMPETITION WORK?
This is a PSSA monthly competition where clubs enter their monthly Senior winner onto Photovault. Appointed judges select the winning image. The monthly winner gets displayed on the home page of our Web site for the duration of the month.
For the Junior Club Competition Winner of the Month, a club representative (ideally the Chairperson) submits the Junior club winner via Photovault at www.photovaultonline.com.

Frequently we do require high resolutions of these images as PSSA use them for Print Exhibitions to promote PSSA as well as showcasing the work being done around the country.
At the end of the PSSA calendar year (30 June of each year) the Senior Club Competition Winning Image of the Year is selected.
