MPSSA, EPSSA (Cls), EPSSA (Mille-Platinum), EFIAP

I have been involved in club photography and a member of the PSSA for the past 20 years. I served on the board of the PSSA (2015-2016) and was an honours judge for the first 5 rounds.

I started out as a print worker in a chemical darkroom when Prints and slides were the medium of choice and won the Impala Trophy for prints in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2012 I was awarded Open, Nature and Overall. In 2014 I was awarded the Digital Monochrome Impala Trophy which at that stage was completely separate from Digital Colour.

I gained my APSSA in 2009, FPSSA in 2011, EFIAP (Cls) and MPSSA in 2013 and my EPSSA Mille Premium in 2021.

I have been fairly actively involved on the International Photographic circuit and achieved my EFIAP in 2019. Over the years I have delved in all genres of photography but currently focus on Portraiture, Travel and Fine Art photography.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge of photography and have presented workshops and spoken at a number of Regional and National congresses. I have also had a number of articles published in Image magazine.

I am currently a full-time commercial photographer.
