Laetitia Kenny

MPSSA, EPSSA (Mille-Platinum), EFIAP

Laetitia has been involved in club photography and as a member of PSSA for about 25 years. She served on the board for 2015 – 2016 and has participated in a number of Honours judging sessions.

Laetitia started as a print worker in a chemical darkroom when prints and slides were the medium of choice. She won the Impala Trophy for Prints in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2012, she won all 3 categories, namely Colour, Nature and Overall. In 2014, she won the Digital Impala Monochrome League.

In 2025, she won the Open Colour category and was placed second Overall and second in Monochrome in the Impala Trophy.

She gained her APSSA in 2009 and FPSSA in 2011, both on her first application. MPSSA and EFIAP in 2013, EPSSA Mille Premium in 2021 and EPSSA Mille Platinum in 2022.

Over the years, she has delved into all genres of photography but favours Creative Portraiture, Fine Art, Altered Reality, Travel, Monochrome and Landscapes. As an ex-teacher, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and has presented a number of workshops and talks at regional and national congresses. She has had a number of articles published in Image Magazine and was presented with a Service Award for it.
