AV-FPSSA, APSSA (Vers)
I started partaking in club photography in Krugersdorp in 1978 as a junior member. During the following years I moved through the club star grades to the master class, entering in salons and PSSA congresses.
Audiovisuals or diaporamas were in the infancy stages at club level in those years but it was always my special interest. Working with colour slides was a challenge.
I was awarded my LPSSA AV at the second Audio Visual Congress in Bloemfontein in 2001
I then received my APSSA AV in October 2004,

During the Covid 19 lockdown I decided to apply for my Fellowship in Audio Visual. I was awarded my FPSSA AV in August 2022.
I attended the first JAP judging course in Vereeniging years ago and have also recently completed the JAP 2-year PSSA judging course again.
I regularly enter in international Audio Visual Salons with success, the latest achieving a joint 4th place at the Peter Coles International Audiovisual Competition, UK, in March 2023.
