The one which of course is at the forefront of it all at the moment is AI, and it doesn%u2019t just relate to photography, we see it every day, just google anything and there will be an AI response. In the April 2024 e-Image we reproduced an article by Sheldon Boles of the CanadianAssociation of Art Photographers on AI %u2013 you will, I am sure, all remember the accompanying AI image %u2013 well it is ongoing andSheldon has updated his article, read it here.Sheldon has written an excellent article on judging which we reproduce on page 50 for your interest.Drone photography can produce inspiring and different images - I visited China in December at the invitation of the Opportunity China %u2013 Vitality Shandong International Photo Festival, it was a wonderful experience %u2013 I don%u2019t think that I have ever been photographed so many times before! Everywhere we went there were the paparazzi (including drone paparazzi) ready to capture the moment!e-Image January 2025
