Judging is subjective, photography is an art and we all respond to art and images differently. This explains why you can do well in some salons and not so well in others. Judges are reacting to your photograph and how it affects them. In the case of salons and competitions, they are comparing them to all the other entries. Some images consistently do well and we share some of these multiple award winning images here. In the case of PSSA%u2019s Impala Trophy and Diamond Ratings only 3 acceptances count. For FIAP this is increased to 5. Once an image has been accepted on a particular salon it may not be entered on that salon again, even if in a different category or if it has been converted from colour to mono and vice versa. As it is not a competition the COE panels can, and should, include images that have been successful in multiple events. Howver, you may not enter the same image in more than 1 COE panel.Lurking in the Dark - Jeanine du RandCenturion Camera ClubAcceptance - Moments in Time BangladeshFIAP HM Ribbon - 37th International Youth Photo Contest 2024 - LUXEMBOURGAP Eurasia Bronze Medal - Age 14 - 17 %u201cEURASIA NoFrames%u201d Num num num - Haydn Mc ClureAshton College BallitoFIAP Silver Medal - 37th International Youth Photo Contest 2024 - LUXEMBOURGAP Eurasia Gold Meda - Age 14 - 17%u201cEURASIA NoFrames%u201d - RussiaMoody Beach - Charle Conradie Charlie Hofmeyr HS IAAP HM - Age 14 - 17 - %u201cEURASIA NoFrames%u201d GIP Best Youth Medal -GIP 2024 Kochertal FIAP2024/044Hungry Jacana - Haydn Mc Clure Ashton College BallitoFIAP Honorary Ribbon - 37th International Youth Photo Contest 2024 - LUXEMBOURG1st Place - Portraiture - PSA Youth ShowcasePage No. 23
