We have had the most fantastic AGM & Price giving at our club this year. We arranged the Legendary Kingsley Holgate as our guest speaker and in return of him providing his time at no cost the our club pledge support to Project Rhino KZN a NGO close to Kingsley’s heart run by a very dynamic lady Bronwyn Laing. The evening was so much fun with Kingsley entertaining us the with fireplace stories from the Kalahari, and of course the more serious matter of the onslaught on our large mammals, in particular the Rhino’s. The club raised a huge sum of money and handed it over on the night hoping that our contribution will leave us admiring Rhino images though clubs and PSSA competitions for years to come.

Westville Camera Club solidly behind Project Rhino KZN. Handing over of the fund-raising cheque by The Westville Camera Club (http://www.westvillecameraclub.co.za/) at their Annual General Meeting, to Kingsley Holgate and Bronwyn Laing, which will go towards the good work and funding of the Rhino Art Project under the banner of Project Rhino KZN. This project serves to educate primary school children through art about the need to protect our endangered Rhino species and stop the illegal trade in Rhino horn.
