The purpose of this questionnaire is to solicit feedback from members and clubs within PSSA on the current situation with salons and how we can improve it if needed.
If you respond on behalf of a club, please consult as widely as possible, but at least with the committee. You are welcome to complete a questionnaire as an individual if your own views differ from the majority in the club.
