I started in all earnest with my photography in approximately 2010 when I bought my first semi-professional DSLR. I joined the National Photographic Club in 2011 and have been an active member and part of the club management team for the last 6 years. I also joined the PSSA in 2011 and have been active in taking part in national and international salons as well as other competitions held by the PSSA.
During 2018 I finished under the top 10 for the Impala Trophy.
My focus was initially wildlife photography but I have also developed a passion for other genres of photography such as human portraiture, street photography and Photo Journalism.
