Congratulations to Gert Kotze from Ermelo Foto Klub!
He is our November winner with the image “Buddies”
It was last year October in the Kruger. I was looking for a good photo of a oxpecker where there was interaction with the animal. I was unlucky for a couple of days and this one afternoon the luck turned my way and this impala and oxpecker worked together. When you see that perfect moment you must be quick for it only last for a second or two. You must spend time with them though waiting for that moment. I think I waited for half an hour for this opportunity.
Our 1st runner-up is Chantal Pieters from Swartland Fotografieklub with “Through the looking glass”
Our 2nd runner-up is Renee Els from Uitenhage Camera Club with “Spring net in”
Thank you to the judges:
Johann v.d Walt
Laeticia Kenny – Boksburg Camera Club
Johan Hosten – Pretoria Photographic Society

HOW DOES THIS COMPETITION WORK?
This is a PSSA monthly competition where clubs enter their monthly Junior winner onto Photovault. Appointed judges select the winning image. The monthly winner gets displayed on the home page of our Website for the duration of the month.
For the Junior Club Competition Winner of the Month, a club representative (ideally the Chairperson) submits the club winner via Photovault at www.photovaultonline.com.
Instructions on how to upload your entry onto Photovault can be downloaded here
At the end of the PSSA calendar year (30 June of each year) the Junior Club Competition Winning Image of the Year is selected.
