The Midrand Camera Club in conjunction with the Pretoria AV Club is planning a festival of international Audio Visuals for Saturday 22nd June 2013. Midrand Camera Club agreed to host part of this Special International AV Festival (it is being held the week-end before at Paternoster for the whole week end) but it was felt that for the Regions up north, it would be nice to have the opportunity to experience and share this Festival albeit a smaller version of it, also for the benefit of all AV enthusiasts in our Regions.
This event will take place at Nikon House in the Midstream area – the home of Midrand and AFO’s Club evenings.

Registration/Tea and Coffee will be from 8.00 a.m. The programme will commence at 9.00 am, lunch will be served at 12.30 and a tea and coffee break in the afternoon . The programme will conclude at 4.00 p.m.
The cost for the day will be R100 per person, payable on the day but it is EXTREMELY ESSENTIAL that you inform Evelyn Gibson at evelyng@mwebbiz.co.za before 15 June 2013 at the latest if you will be attending. This is for the catering purposes.
This type of event is extremely inspiring and encouraging when you see the work being done in this media from all over the world. The best of Australian, UK, Irish, Continental and, of course, South African AVs will be shown. This is not a competition but a showcase of AVs. There will be time to discuss each AV and the individual styles of each country. Final arrangements will be communicated nearer to the time.
